1. Today is the 29th Sunday of Ordinary Time and Mission Sunday The theme Pope Francis chose for this year’s Mission Sunday is, “Go and invite everyone to the banquet”. The readings highlight the nature of true discipleship and Jesus’ mission. They remind us of the importance of serving others and trusting in God’s plan.
2. We thank all those who have contributed to making our Parish Feast a grand success. Thank you for joining us in prayer and the celebrations.
3. Today is Mission Sunday, envelopes will be distributed via your Parish council Members, Please make your contributions and drop it in the boxes placed at the doors of the Church.
4. The Masses for Saturday, 2nd November, All Souls’ Day are 7:00 a.m. 8 a.m. The evening mass will be of the Sunday Liturgy. We will be keeping a special book for mass intention for all Souls Day from Monday 21st October onwards. You are invited to write the name of the person you wish us to pray for in this book, you are also free to paste a picture of the loved one you want us to pray for. On All Soul’s Day, this book will be placed on the altar and we will offer the Eucharist for all names written in the Book. All Masses will be box intentions
5. October which is traditionally the month of the Rosary. The Holy Rosary will be Prayed every day in the Church at 6:30 pm followed by the mass. We will offer the Rosary for the ongoing Synod
6. The Bombay Catholic Sabha will assist you in correcting the Election Card. This is for the upcoming Elections. You may contact Joe at the church office, Freda at the KG office or Tony Coutinho with your detail
7. Admission for Jr. Kg for the Academic year 2025-26 of Convent of Jesus of Mary Clare Road Byculla, Mumbai will be conducted online. For further information please refer to the notice board
